Biography
I am an Assistant Professor of Finance at Oklahoma State University. My research interests include empirical asset pricing and household finance. I also incorporate aspects of behavioral finance, such as social and cultural factors, investor sentiment, climate finance, and psychology.

Prior to joining Oklahoma State University, I was an Assistant Professor of Finance at Marquette University. I earned a Ph.D. in Finance, an M.S. in Finance and a B.S.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami.
Outside of academia, I enjoy playing golf. During my undergraduate career, I was a member and team captain of the UM Women’s golf team. I am also an active member of the Nicaraguan National Golf Team.
